NOTICE:  Adventure Club is on hiatus.

I knew going into this that a D&D style story wasn't what I really wanted to do.  I just wanted to create something and I didn't have any better ideas.

Since starting this project I have developed other ideas.  Two, in fact, that I'm excited about!
I'm focusing on my new story, Grim, which will debut September 20, 2020.
It's a story about a fellow named Shane who developes a relationship with the Grim Reaper whilst witnessing his loved ones grieve and eventually move on without him.

I would like to apologize to lovers of Adventure Club, I hope we weren't far enough along that anyone got very attached!  (I doubt anyone was, but let's be real - I feel silly for starting this and jumping ship so soon, so I am very apologetic).  I can't say that I will return to Adventure Club.  It was so young and will require a ton of time to get anywhere with it at this point.  I liked it, enjoyed making it, and I had  plans for it - but it was a story with no real end and no real plot.  I feel more passion for my newer ideas, where they can be wrapped up and "finished", and I don't have time to work on two projects.  It was a good learning experience.

My character, Isaac, heavily inspired the creation of my main character in my new comic, so if you're missing him, at least, feel free to pop over and see him!

Adventure Club is an episodic tale - meaning each chapter is basically it's own standalone arc.  While things will build off previous chapters (relationships and whatnot) I don't currently have a cohesive plot in mind.

The general theme is friendship and family and growth, I guess.  I am not very thrilled with actiony-parts even though they are a big part of this.

Note that I am trying to avoid using copyrighted names/titles of creatures, spells, etc.  I'm only using species/races depicted in numerous franchises, where as far as I can tell are public domain.
